What's your favorite spot for a Thursday night game. We like Old Towne in Kennesaw. A true sports bar with good food and talented servers.

You need to go to Varners in Smyrna and watch with the rest of the Tech crowd. Good service great watching area and the Tech room is rocking. Wish I could be there.

I was planning on simply hitting Taco Mac over on Peachtree with a few friends to watch the game. Hoping it's not too crowded, but we are gonna try to get there a little early.

I have been going to Rocky Mountain but their TVs suck, maybe my friend's new 53 inch led TV.

I'm stuck in Athens. FML.

All Good, IMO. They have half off high gravity coldies until 9 I think..

Or Im a big fan of Pauly Johnson's (Paulys) two doors down from the Loft. They have a good selection of tap beer, women, AC, and big HDTV's.

Yeah don't get me wrong. I'm not worried about the booze situation here. I just don't know if I want to go downtown to watch the game with a bunch of mutts.

My roommate, who is also a Tech grad, is headin out of town in the morning, so I'm halfway considering driving back to Atlanta just to watch the game with Tech fans. Driving back the next morning in time to make class would not be fun though.

Anyone heading to a sports bar in the McDonough/Stocbridge area? Teacher wife and kids are enjoying fall break in other parts of the country. Our canines (can't use the 'd' word) get a little nervous when I'm yelling in the house and no one else is home.

Since I've been out of town for almost 3 weeks, tomorrow night is gonna be spent on the sofa at my palatial mansion (compared to this Hilton Garden Inn hotel room) with my feet up on the coffee table. Might even be sitting around in my underwear, depending on whether my daughter is home or not.

I shall be in the comfort of my abode hoping that hurricane gets a big sting from a flight of the most dangerous yellow jackets in the universe!

My basement den.
Wes on the stereo.
The mini-fridge stocked.
I'm ready!

My son worked at Pauleys for a little while and one of the kids managing it is from here.

Usually go to sidelines in Acworth, but if people are going to Old Towne I'll probably head a little farther south and go to Old Towne too.

Thinking about heading over to the Taco Mac in Peachtree City to watch with the Coweta / Fayette GT Alumni club.
