My hats off to the Defense. I dont remember the last time I saw so many 3 and outs. The effort was great.
We use to have a saying "paralysis by analysis", and apparently thay was what was going on with our complicated scheme. Players were reading and not reacting...
When you have a lot of 3 and outs, you dont get gassed either!

I really like that little sprint draw play that we put in for Dwyer. Seemed to work well. Seems like every week we ad a couple of new plays...

THe off line seemed to play better....

Bring on Miss. State...!!! Look forward to whippin and SEC team!

it is GREAT to see improvement. A loss (with a Miami type effort) would have been a big downer.

Definitely. Hats off also to the staff for having the sense to simplify the scheme to allow them to just play D instead of diagraming in their head before making a play.

A lesser staff would have stubbornly kept the same scheme and blamed the players for not making a play when the scheme put them in a position to make it.

I couldn't agree more, hats off to a staff who took it upon theirselves to make changes immediately. I don't know many coaches that do this today?
I'm proud of our whole program!

We are in control of our season. If the coaches gameplan like we did this past week and the players execute their gameplan as we did this past week, the sky is the limit. I feel great about our team right now.

One thing that totally impressed me that doesn't get much recognition is the drive we put together at the end of the 2nd half. Had the refs not been retards, we would have scored on that drive. I was really impressed by Josh's ability to throw the football with such accuracy as he had on that drive. It's a shame that it won't get noticed because we didn't score on it, but it proved to me that we can score in 1 minute with strictly a passing game.

Absolutely great play by the D. I hope they keep up the intensity on the road.

The OL played great too. They got some push and the pass blocking was good. The one Nesbitt sack was caused by great UNC coverage, not the OL breaking down.

I'd say the best thing about our offense yesterday is that it again looked like there was plenty of things to improve. However, we looked badass anyway this time!

I'd say Wommack was in a job defining situation and he came through pretty nicely.

Hats off to the Jackets yesterday. They turned it around very nicely. Great job by the coaching staff. Accurate short passing game. Enough blocking to get Dwyer and Josh free in space.

Coaches made great adjustments, especially the D. D Morgan as always played great, saw a lot of energy out of Egbuniwike (sic) yesterday too. Morgan Burnett is back.

Its great to be a Yellow Jacket. Lets have 2 good weeks in a row.
