Yes it would. But, sadly, I see it going down like this:

If Miami wins: ESPN will say "it just goes to show how important Sam Bradford is to the Sooners."

If Miami loses: ESPN will say "the ACC is not a top tier conference and can't compete with the big boys in the Big 12 or SEC." College game day at the Red River Rivalry is a lock.

ESPN was bowing down to Miami after beating two ACC teams. I think they're worshipping of the Canes which ended last Saturday would start back up if they win today.
