What guy over the age of 45 (and that's a stretch) is going to post a picture of the muppets? The reason those muppets are in my sig is because they criticized everyone's performance on the muppet show.

I got the impression you were old from your posts -- you have some good posts with good information, but sometimes you sound like a grumpy old man.
 
Anyone that isn't aware of why jacketup is regarded as one of our community clowns can be quickly educated by going to his profile and looking up his posts from when we hired Paul Johnson. Every post was an attempt to piss on the hire. He claimed that the only way we would go 9-3 last year was if we played Navy's schedule. He claimed the only time we'd ever see big-time, big-yardage run plays would be against 1-AA caliber schools. In his opinion, it was not a risk worth taking to fire Gailey and hire Johnson.

He is, very simply, a dumbass. He is defending the OP because it gives him a glimmer of hope that there is a problem within the team that he can point to and scream that the sky is falling, and just maybe end up being able to claim that he was somehow correct about CPJ.

I think the players are more disappointed in themselves for missing tackles and being in the wrong position on their assignments.

Man, I'm 33 and I knew what the muppets were for, those guys never liked anything. I love the sig.. Got it first time I saw it.. classic!!
 
My comment on the tackling is I've yet to see our Jackets tackle like the doggies against LSU that last play and on Roddy's run last year.. Too funny
 
Yeah, a lot of people said we'd do nothing with PJ but they didn't know the man. I was excited immediately, nothing to do with Navy, I knew about the man.

The only COACH that's gone I miss is Jim Donnan...

After reading all SIX pages of this thread, I felt obligated to continue this worthless crap so somebody else could share in the same misfortune.

I will add, however, that I'm 33 and, as a general rule, rarely pick up inside information.

Two things:

1) Thanks for making me look at this thread again;

2) I don't know much about computers. It took me months just to get signed up for Stingtalk. Thanks for the tip that I can put more posts per page, but I don't know if I'm going to take the time to figure out how to do that. To each his own.
