Fall Break

Don't know if this has been posted.. if it has let the repost police come out but this week is fall break for tech... this could help our players get some extra time to rest and in the film room this week... it is monday and tuesday
 
Great info there. I never considered that. Hopefully the extra practice/film time will show on the field.
 
Our defense could definitely use this time. Special teams also.
 
Well, much to my surprise, both my kids (5th yr and 3rd yr) show up yesterday looking for laundry and food. I ask, when they're going back thinking they'd say 'after supper". Instead I hear, "sometime tomorrow". To which I reply, "Oh, I thought you had class tomorrow." "No, it's fall break, but if it makes you happy, I have 2 tests on Wednesday". Moral of the story, there really isn't any "break".

Agreed they will always have study hall and such; however, having these two days will help them get additional rest mentally and physically, spend more time in the film room to learn from mistakes and fsu
