Does anyone know the site that tracks arrested player lists by college team?**

edsbs keeps track(sorta...it's based on a rather arbitrary point system) but it's only a per year basis.

LOL at this comment (notice the date?):

CincySooner says:

Solid Gold Prediction South Florida will just miss winning the Big East this year but still make it into the BCS as an at-large bid.

Don’t believe me?

2007 Fulmer Cup Winner, Illinois, (inexplicably) played in the Rose Bowl as an at-large Big Televen team. In the Rose Bowl, USC

2008 Fulmer Cup Winner, Alabama, got hot a year earlier than projected under the reign of Saban and grabbed an at-large spot in the Sugar Bowl for the SEC.

Following this trend-of-two (Failsafe!!!) USF is about to have a big year.

The Fulmer Cup is only for off-season Tom Foolery. It's still hilarious though, and I think Orson should get a collection going to have an actual trophy made that he can send to the fine University or College that wins.

+1... you didn't say "Institute"
There's I think 5 schools in D-1 football that are not either a university or college, and I cannot ever foresee these five institutions winning the Fulmer Cup.

all schools in D1 are a University, even though five do not have the word "University" in their names

but they are, of course, universities

I did not go to a University, I went to an Institute. Stephon Marberry may think differently, but he's wrong.

while the name is the Georgia Institute of Technology, it is clearly a university which is an educational institution of more than one college (ie, college of sciences, college of engineering, etc)

http://www.gatech.edu/employment/
Georgia Tech is a state university that employs more than 4,000 people in a variety of disciplines from executive administrators to faculty to researchers to those skilled in crafts. Georgia Tech seeks to be a leader among those few technological universities whose students, alumni, faculty, and staff define and expand the frontiers of knowledge and innovation
