GT gets mention in the dash for helping derail Bowden further:

Coach Who Should Take The Bus To Work

That would be Florida State's Bobby Bowden (36), who watched 49 points get hung on his team by Georgia Tech -- at home. If you want to know how far south it's gotten on Bowden -- like, approaching Antarctica -- consider this stat from Dash buddy Chris Dufresne of the Los Angeles Times: Bowden was 71-2 during 1992-2000 against ACC opponents, and this year he's 0-3.

I hate Pat Forde, he's an idiot. Worst writer at ESPN, and that's saying something.

I thought I was the only one.

Not only is his analysis and writing bad, but he has one of those faces I just want to punch.
 
Does he write anything outside of the Forde Yard Dash format? It's kind of like watching Dora the Explorer, in that the format is the exact same every time, with just a few details changed. I'm pretty sure you could write a program to come up with that article every week. Then again, I got a D in my one CS course.

I don't really mind his articles(I don't think I've ever seen him really write a serious one, just the dashes), but I've also always been bothered by his face for some reason, at least in his ESPN picture.

He probably has some sort of blueprint he just tweaks week to week. Can't stand him.

He writes something other than the dash about twice a month or so. And it's always garbage writing that parrots the ESPN flavor of the month. I could do his job. I think he has a wheel with Wake up the Echoes/SEC Speed/Pete Carol is God/ACC and Big East should be kicked out of BCS on it and simply spins it for his next topic. He's a pointless, limp-wristed ****stick, and his writing makes me wish I was reading something written by Dennis Dodd.
 
the way it was worded made it sound to me like in his opinion it was shameful that F$U allowed a team the caliber of GT to beat them at home... Forde is a hater of the TO which by default makes me a hater of him... also

Didn't N.C state trip up the Might BB once in the late 90's?? or maybe that was after Chuck Amoto left to become their head coach, can't quite remember:eek5:

NC State upset #2 FSU 24-7 in '98. When Amato took over they won in '01, '02, '05, and '06.
