Anyone got Tulsa? Before they played Oklahoma they were amongst the top 3 I believe in total offense in the nation. Will that allow them to squeak a win on Boise's sub-par defense? Or do you think Boise's defense is legit--seeing as Oregon only had single digits against them.

This is the toughest game Boise has left imo..so with that being said, I'll be watching the game..

I am really really pulling for Tulsa. I want all the 'mid-majors' to shut up or try their damnedest to get into a real conference.

Agreed. Even though the win over Oregon is sweet, they should at least schedule 2 games against BCS quality teams. Fresno would be the second best win of the season..which is actually an alright win..

I still have nightmares of when Fresno St. destroyed GT in that bowl game from a few years back... That West Coast offense was too foreign for us to stop..

Good. A reason to drink. Boise is -10 and the game is @ Tulsa so there's a chance.

When you think about it, Boise St. losing this game is one of the many catastrophic events needed for GT to land in the National Championship game this year..

I'd love, love, love to see Tulsa win. Boise annoys me and I don't like seeing them ranked highly. Also, their girlfriends are ugly. And their moms are fat. Fat as hell.

12-1 GT (with 3 SEC wins) gets in over undefeated Boise St. GT getting to 12-1 is the issue.

Boise is just waiting to be exposed, imo. Tonight might be it, but something tells me they'll do just enough to eek out a pathetic win.

I'm officially dismissing you from the "Hey, I'm just a realist" Committee. You find optimism wherever it may reside and brutally rape it to death.

Yetman.

Sorry, I thought he was making a joke. I mean, that's a lot of catastrophic events. We'd pretty much need to win out and have every team in the nation end up with two losses.

Boise losing one game is one of the events needed for GT to possibly land in a BCS bowl this year. TCU losing would also be a big help and finish off the mid majors from the major bowls.

GO TULSA!

You're being over the top about it, but yes there is a lot that would need to happen. But in the current college football world, it's unlikely but nowhere even remotely close to impossible.

I had not even considered the regular at-large BCS berth aspect of it. Someone has mentioned the prospect of going to a Fiesta Bowl match-up with Notre Dame if we did manage to win out. I'd love little more than to destroy the Irish in a BCS bowl on national television.

Is it "Yetman" of me to add that even if this happened, we still might not even win the ACC?

Yeah, because USC, Ohio State, Oregon, Miami, and Penn State would never get in above us if we each had one loss. Not to mention Notre Dame if they somehow won out. I'm a pretty optimistic guy and I honestly thought we had a shot at going to the title game when the season started, but let's be real here, the Miami loss ended all of that.
