"Tongue In Cheek" which has come to mean pretty much anything that a poster does not mean sincerely. People generaly put a TIC label in their post if they are being sarcastic/ironic and don't want to risk being taken literally and putting up with responses like, "But wait a minute, I have a hard time believing that Chuck Norris watches Paul Johsnon movies. Does Paul Johnson even make action films? You are teh stoopid!"
