our D has been horrid per usual.

our O got it's yards, but shot itself in the foot per usual. could not finish drives.

we made some unforgivable mental mistakes, and never really matched clumpson's intensity. shot ourselves in the foot with penalties. bad bounce/lack of toughness on the KO fumble.

clumpson played about as well as it could. didn't turn the ball over, exposed our weak D, and contained our O fairly well, and made no mistakes other than the personal foul. the crowd was thirsty for revenge. this game was clumpson's season. how this game was not a 41-10 blowout is beyond me.

if you win a conference championship, you have to realize that you cannot have a breather at any point in the year. teams are going to have you circled, and you have to show up. it's not going to get any easier next week at blacksburg community college. all i ask is we show up at kickoff.

No, a win against Duke would do it. There might not even be enough bowl eligible teams at the end of the year as it is, so it's highly unlikely any team with 6 wins is getting left out.
