Safe to bring a UGA fan to the ST tailgate?

Old, good friend of mine. I took him to MTSU. He's one of those "didn't go to college, roots for GT when not playing UGA" guys. None of our friends really understands why he's a UGA fan. I'm crossing my fingers that he will witness enough ugly UGA fans in the upper north on Saturday that he'll rescind his team, but you never know.

Anyway, if I bring this guy by the tailgate, exactly how much öööö is he going to get from you guys? I need a good sense of it in advance.
 
I dated a UGA girl ten years ago and walked her around campus before a Tech-UGA game. She
eventually said "do we always act like that?" "yep"

Maybe it'll work for you.

He does not bark. He is not obnoxious. He doesn't drink regularly, but has been known to drink liquor when pressured by his peers. He's really pretty much a nerd, we can't figure out why he likes UGA. As I said, we tailgated for the MTSU game.

He will almost surely show up wearing a UGA shirt though.

Whose side is he going to take in the knife fight when ludaclit shows up?
 
I can't speak for anyone but me. Especially can't speak for our more alcoholically inclined friends. But if he's there while I am, I'd shake his hand and be cordial. I have no intention of giving anyone the same sort of treatment Tech fans often receive from Georgia fans.

i've never met a mutt i liked enough to tailgate with but hey if it works for you.

like jacketfan said though i'd watch out for bourbon fairy

let's say I show up to the tailgate.... and my wife may or may not be a UGA grad wearing red
