Roll call for Charlotte

The Residence Inn is nice. Its like 3 blocks away from the stadium, which is nice. I stayed there in 2012
 
If you are looking for a place to stay - look in Rock Hill, South Carolina. That's an easy, short, 20 min max drives to the stadium right up I-77. Tons of rooms there for under $100 - Courtyard, Regency, Ramanda, Howard Johnson, etc. Granted, none of those are the Hilton or anything, but they're clean and nice and perfect if you're on a budget.
 
I'll be at the Omni; got a room for $300 on Hotwire. I'd rather be able to stumble to my room rather than have to worry about a taxi ride both ways.
 
Me +1 maybe 2 or 3 depending how many I can convince to pile in
 
I'm driving up with my dad. Staying at the Omni.

Also- if anyone wants a good discount on seats in front row of the UD on FSU side, let me know. I've got 2 from a stubhub ööööup this morning.
 
I have a spare one of the chik fil a sandwich tickets if someone needs one. Just the $30 it cost me. Staying at the omni as well. Got a nice package deal with a friend flying in from SF.

Also, if you are a Marriott person with points, the Fairfield Inn down past the NASCAR HOF has rooms for 20K points per night. They are wanting $300+/night if actually paying, which is a joke for that hotel.
 
I'm going. Staying at doubletree, got chick fila ticket bundle. Taking my 6yr old and 5yr old!!!
 
Got my tix on stubhub this am. Decided to quit surfing tix last night when it became clear that the more excited I got the more those ööööing UNC a-holes would fumble.

I'll be there with a group of 20... mostly old fraternity brothers and girlfriends. Headed up on Megabus the day of the game. 6:30 am departure and noon arrival. Leaving the next day at 2:30 pm...$42 round trip. Staying in the Four Points Charlotte for $140/night after taxes. It's a 10 minute drive to the stadium, so I highly recommend it if anybody is interested. I got a really great deal through my company and rooms might still be available so PM me and I can try and snag you a room if you're interested. I think they were going for $99/night for just a double or king bed.
