We did schedule Mercer for next year. Can't really schedule Cumberland since they're NAIA.
 
The last time we played Mercer was 1938. The last time we played Cumberland was this day in 1916. We had played them two more times previously; 1905 and 1906.

We were a young team trying to work the kinks out. Back then Washington And Lee were good about recognizing kinks. My great great grandfather told me that.

So Tevin and Vad fought to a tie against Heisman's mighty Golden Tornado, but they only went 23-22 under CPJ? They must've lost a step after 95 years on the sideline.
 
Washington and Lee was a powerhouse. I mean, they were both great field Generals.
