Anybody heard anything from the GTAA about the Dublin football tickets, which are supposed to go on sale for season ticket holders at 9 AM on Monday?

They're selling through Ticketmaster, so I have assumed they'd send us a presale code, but it's getting kind of close...

I e-mailed the GTAA, but I guess they've fled the snowmageddon like everybody else.

How many is each season ticket holder allowed to purchase?

Got an email for a VIP tailgate package that kept referring to the 'match'; Must be an Irish pr firm handling some things.

Anyone know what the kickoff time is for the 'match'?

Yea, the 495 per ticket for the official GTAA tailgate experience email. Anyone know how much actual tickets are going to run?

Also, for anyone who isn't a season ticket holder this tidbit was also in the email..."Beginning January 29th, Tech Alumni will have the opportunity to purchase game tickets as part of a Georgia Tech Alumni pre-sale before they are made available to the public."

is the demand for this game really that high? not trying to be a dbag, genuinely asking

Email came out this morning

Are you talking about the Alumni Association email (on sale 1/29) or the season ticket holder email (on sale 1/25)? I'm talking about the latter - I got the tailgate email today, but nothing about the Monday presale.

For anyone bringing a child under 2, I noticed that if you go to gt.collegefootballireland.com under FAQs the answer to the question "Do infants and children need tickets into the game?", the answer given is: " At this time, every individual will need a ticket into the game. Children under the age of two will be charged only for game tickets since other travel package components do not apply." However, if you go to bc.collegefooballireland.com the answer given for the exact same question is: "Children age 2 and under do not require a game ticket."

Has anyone actually received the email, yet? I haven't yet received it and I would love to be able to buy the tickets tomorrow.

I just plopped down the big bucks for the GTAA tailgate/Primo Tickets. Confirmation email came back:

Alumni Association Ireland VIP Tailgate Package
Date:
September 17, 2016

Doooooh!

For some reason, this doesn't surprise me.

Nope, nothing yet. Clown show over there.

I'm going to be pissed if it doesn't get here by 9 AM, since I planned my work day around buying tix when they go on sale before an endless string of meetings starts.

A few of my group were all trying at the same time and some of us couldn't get through consistently. Tickets were going fast but we all got what we needed.
