Money Down ded?

If it works, it works. Fans were louder against Pitt on 1st and 2nd downs where the band played chords than on 3rd downs where the PA system announced a Money Down. I could take it or leave it by itself, but if it gets the fans worked up then keep it.

Money down would have been a better idea, had we not been #110 in the country in 3rd down defense.

I’ve been conditioned over the past 10 years that every time I hear 3rd down chords something bad is going to happen—- a mousetrap is about to go off in my underwear...
That will change hopefully.

Just play that MINN Viking Norse horn on 3rd down. Who cares that it makes no sense for us to play it - it's cool as öööö anyway.

Way better than the asinine ATL Falcon announcement that "Iiiiiiiitttt's thirrrrrrrd down!" - Falcons suck.

I'm confused. When the whole money down thing started it seemed like everybody hated it. Do people like it now? I'm glad chords is back on third down and you can keep the sign on the sidelines for all I care. One thing I'm not to fond of is the excessive show boating on a 2nd or 1st down stop. I get that you want to get hyped but at the beginning of the year they would do it then blown on a 3rd and long. I do think it has slightly better.
