2 issues:
1) I strongly disagree that DOZENS of programs hire exemplary coaches. There aren't a ton out there, and recently you've got programs with much better resources that ours going into the ööööter with bad hires (Texas, FSU, Michigan, Florida, Tennessee, etc.)
2) I think CPJ is vastly better than most hires we see. Basically every other coach that was even mentioned back in 2007 for the GT job turned out to be dog öööö wherever they went, except Johnson. What does that tell you about our odds?
