10 win for 12 million

We should pay:

$2M per year base.
$1M for making a Bowl
$500K for winning the Coastal
$500K for winning the ACC
$1M for playing in a playoff game
$1M for winning the Natty
-$1M for 3 wins or fewer

Find a young up and coming coach willing to take the contract. If they don’t work out after 3 years we move on. If they kill it here and move on to a bigger program we find the next coach and our program will be in a good spot (winning and no buy out).

No more long term contracts and no more buyouts.

Or just pay $500k per win.

We should go to the best coaches in America and say, "Tech pays football coaches over a million dollars per win. How does that sound to you." (By the way, when you add in the buy out, he'll end up getting over two million dollars per win. If we pay a bad coach two million dollars per win, couldn't we pay a good coach one million dollars per win?)

That sounds like it would be a pay decrease for the best coaches in America. Unless they're going to come in and somehow win nine right away.

And additional deductions for stupid slogans and PR campaigns.
