What has Kirby done that Richt never did? I’m truly wondering what has been different with them the last few years.

Richt seemed to never be able to actually keep players performing when things are expected of them. The more that was expected, the more likely they'd drop games. Similar thing happened at Miami, won like 9-10 games in a row then choked into a 3-4 game losing streak into the next season.
