Will be held this year on June 8th with a tee off time of 11 AM. Over the last 16 years we have raised close to $500,000 for Georgia Mountains Hospice located in Pickens County. We are the only operating Non Profit in North Georgia and we are very proud that %100 of all monies raised goes directly to patient care, medicine, supplies and such.

Over the past few years fellow Stingtalkers have donated, played or provided raffle prizes. I thank all of you for your generosity.

The cost is $100 and the location is Bent Tree Country Club in Pickens County. PM me for more information if you are interested.

Are you inviting us to play, or just donate? If it's play, I'll check my schedule. If you want us to just donate, I could be convinced to do that as well.
 
We would love for you too play and/or donate. Whichever is easier for you. The more Tech people the better as we are usually swarmed by nadlickers.

I'm starting a new job next week, and may not be able to get a Monday off that soon, but I'll certainly help out by donating if I can't play.

Don't make me bring out the lawn mower jokes. I've sworn them off.
 
Just some sage advice....depending on which way you will be coming to Bent Tree for the event. They are currently doing some road construction at the corner of Steve Tate Highway and Cove Road (just south of Big Canoe). Bent Tree is near the intersection of McClain Road and Cove Road.

If you are coming from Highway 53, via Yellow Creek Road.....just give yourself a few extras minutes. They have been stopping traffic....for the bulldozers....and such....
 
Guys and Girls, we are at 30 teams for this years tournament. If you know anyone that would like to play please have them get into touch. We need everyone's support this year.

How much did you raise this year?

By the way, it was great meeting a fellow Sting talker and playing golf. Golden Tornado, this bud's for you.
 
We should know in a week or so and I will update everyone. Great meeting you and GT as well as JezebelJacket and Doogie. Thanks for the support.
 
Found out a few days ago that we netted $19,303 from our tournament this year. Not bad considering the economy. Thanks to all who contributed this year.
