I'm executing a big cost averaging shift back to cash, since the Clemson butthurt bank was so kind to my portfolio, while there's still purchasing volume in the market. We're definitely going to lose to Miami, so buying is not a bad move here. I have to move early and counter to the rest of the market because I'm trying to do the buffet thing.
