You mean no one else noticed that the form collected personal information (in my case, an e-mail address - you've seen the receipts) that they didn't enter, despite us being told that all we needed to enter was our ST username. "You should have used incognito mode" (or WTTE) is not a defense.

The form did not collect anyone's email address. Here's a screenshot of the data collected. There is a field for email address but it is blank in all cases. I did not fill it out in incognito mode and I did not get spammed. It was probably that porn site you signed up for.

It's double secret probation hacking, no one can see it
It's pretty much a guarantee that whoever blamed your form is dilly and did something else to cause their spam, probably applied for a loan to get brain surgery
