I had a senior high school football player up here over the weekend tell me that Tijai Whatley is the best player he has ever played against.
 
247 gets so many things wrong/incomplete. This is surprises me 0%.
 
None of these services can afford the manpower to actually perform an in depth on that many players. They probably get the top 10% correct, mainly because it is hard to miss the superstars. Once you get into 4* and 3*, I imagine it is just guesswork and seeing who offered. "Ohio State, UGAg, Alabama, and FSU offered, kid MUST be at least a 4*"
