he can say he is recruiting a tackle from Americus. The NCAA put this rule in to keep schools from getting a recruiting advantage by
identifying their recruits.

It's BS that he makes a comment that few Georgia boys are academically acceptable for Tech. No argument that many are not, BUT that still leaves many who are. If Georgia is not your first, and foremost, recruiting base, you are screwed in many ways. If you FOCers don't want to admit it, fine, but it is undeniable.
