Johnson has enjoyed three, maybe four, seasons better than any of Gailey's. Johnson has had one season much worse than any of Chan's. I like both coaches, but the Johnson years have been better. The '06 team was talented, but underperformed. I feel about the same concerning the program as I did 10 years ago - we ought to have winning seasons, a .500 or better conference record, and go to a bowl.

This OP is a stupid question. Sure our 2006 team was better despite finishing the season with three straight 3 point losses. But if given the choice between the 2006 GT program and the 2016 GT program I'd take 2016 no questions asked.
