a solid article from bradley

What are 3 words that should never be used in a sentence? "Solid", "Article" and "Bradley".

Figured with all the AJC cuts, Bradley would finally be moving on.

This is a good article.

Let's not forget that Bill Lewis had Dorsey Levins as the 3rd team tailback. Lewis was/is an idiot.

I'm not sure why Donnie hated GT so much. Maybe B*** L**** but why the school?

Anyway glad he's back in the fold and making the right decisions...

I will give that idiot Bradley some credit that it is a solid story. Probably the best story by him in the past 5 years.

AREN'T THE REAL IDIOTS the people that passed on O'leary and Fridge to hire Bill L*****!

I hear all the complaints directed at B*** L***** but I don't hear enough complaints directed at the people that did not hire O'leary and Fridge.

ALSO KEEP IN MIND IT WAS BOTH my understanding is they both had agreed to stay on as the coordinator if either was hired.

Lawbee, see Homer Rice. Other than the Bill Lewis fiasco, you can't throw many stones at Homer Rice.

Homer Rice, who brought GT athletics back from the dead and oversaw a NC in football and a final 4 in basketball, certainly had a massive brain fart with Lewis.

Despite hiring Lewis I don't see how you can call Rice an idiot.

Lewis recruited well. If he had brought his staff from East Carolina things might have been a lot different. He never got a good set of assistants in place here for whatever reason. If you look at what Logan and the bulk of Lewis' staff did at East Carolina after he left, you see where the brains of the operation were.

+++. Great point. If ECU had gone outside for a coach instead of promoting Steve Logan, it would have made all the difference in the world. The first two seasons with Lewis were close to being good ones. He was a defensive coach, Logan was the offensive genius. With Logan at Tech, Lewis might have enjoyed great success and Donnie Davis would have had a great quarterbacks coach - a man who has coached Jeff Blake, David Garrard, and Matt Ryan, to name a few.

:+1:

It was a big mistake but Homer Rice was an idiot? Hiring the national coach of the year isn't normally something that you get labeled idiot for.
