Hollings, Hargrove, Lawston, McNair, Sampson, McHargue, Green, Bridges, Malone & Pullen.
It's very sad.

Let me grab at a straw, General, & ask if there's any on the above list that shouldn't be there?
If Koon is there & all the others are also correct that makes 11. Of course, they may have not been counting Hollings as 1 of the 10 in that he was dropped after Fall Semester. It just gets worse every day. New names added after every semester.
If we lose any more after Summer semester, & there's a chance, it could be one messed up season when injuries start to roll in.

Several people have named Pullen, but he said he was in good standing. Don't know if he was in denial, didn't understand what had happeded or the info was bad.

Help Please:
While checking over the upcoming roster for the fall, I wondered: Could someone update me to the names of the members of the football team who became academically ineligible for the 03-04 roster? I see on the Ramblin Wreck site that we are showing 82 players after one of the quarterbacks who is listed twice has been deleted. With Al Pena leaving and the others being disqualified, we are going to have a thin sideline.
Thank you

There seems to be a lot of speculation on either

a) Koon being one of the 10
b) Malone being one of the 10
c) both being one of the 11

Does anyone know for absolute certainty?

McHargue quit the team. he didnt fail out, as far as i know. Koon should be put on that list in his name.

My understanding is that Koon left for non-academic reasons...as did Pena.

McHargue said he quit...but it was academics.

<font size="2" face="Arial, Verdana, Sans-Serif">That sucks the large one. Must have dropped out this summer since the first announcement. Early on he was being touted for moving up to starting position with so many others gone.

ramblinwise...who knows why Pullen said what he did. He was one of the original 10 that did not make it academically.

McHargue also did not make it academically. I know that the coaches have been concerned about him since he arrived on campus because he would not go to class.

Only 2 of the 12 left for non-academic reasons...Koon and Pena.
