ACC Champ is probably not in the Orange Bowl next year

ACC team CANNOT go to Rose or Sugar next year
Sugar is locked for SEC and Big 12.
Rose is locked for Pac 12 and BiG.
They just take the 2nd place team if 1st place is not available. Committee decides so not necessarily 2nd place but 2nd team from those conferences.
Only bowls ACCC or any ACC team can go to are the two semi-finals, Peach, and Fiesta.
And I am 95% sure the Peach has to take the non-power 5 team next season. Orange, Fiesta, and Peach have to take that team once every 3 years. Fiesta was this year, Peach next year (since Orange is playoff) and Orange the following year. So, ACC champ vs Boise or Ga Southern or Marshall or East Carolina is likely this coming December 31 in Atlanta.
