ACC schedule coming out soon

Is it just me, or does it seem really early for the ACC to release its schedule? I always felt like we waited until the very last minute for it.
 
They did it January 22nd last year.
They did it February 25th in 2013.
 
Don't like two Thursday games at all.

Would have preferred the bye in the VT-Miami-UGAg stretch but before it is better than somewhere else entirely.
 
LOL at the griping over at TSL about their schedule as it pertains to GT.

We effectively have the bye before VPI and then 2 extra days before Miami because of the Thursday game. That's not terrible. I'd rather play Duke or somebody the week before U[sic]GA, but whatever - it could be a lot worse.

The first Thursday game is at least going to not be so öööö hot.

I actually really like that opening Thursday game. Allows me to watch some better games on Saturday while not missing any Tech action.

They get 10 days for Foster to prep - probably the DC with the most to gain with extra prep time (he hasn't lost to us with a week off before the Techmo Bowl). They should be celebrating. If their only gripe is that they have to play us "later in the year when Tech's offense will be rolling" then they are a bunch of pussies who are scared we're the better team. Come to think of it, sounds about right.

They've avoided us later in the season lately as well. Latest one since 2010 I think, where while we lost we didn't do that bad offensively.
