All-Time CPJ Team

jFn at QB. Sneezy is a must start at LB if not DE. He would beat out both OLBs on your list. Godhigh was better for us than Roddy, although both were great. Orwin was a great runner, but poor perimeter blocker, which is why I would go with one of the other two. Bedford definitely at C....any OL from this year's team off immediately.
 
Wasn't AA a B-back?

Gotta put Roddy up in the AB spot.
 
Dumb list. Nesbitt is the best QB to play at Tech under CPJ without question.

4th and Nesbitt was an actual thing, and it worked.
 
Chan's list would probably be much more impressive overall with the exception of QB. But it doesn't mean a whole lot since he didn't get it done on the field when it mattered.

Yep. And that's why he was so frustrating to have as a head coach. That 06 team was stacked on both sides of the ball. National championship contender level talent.

Its most notable accomplishment? Losing to ööööing Wake Forest 9-6 in the ACC championship.

PJ has had higher highs (Orange Bowl, Acc, and beating UGA) and lower lows. I think the win% of each coach is pretty much identical though. CG probably even has PJ beat if you factor out the additional FCS team PJ gets a W for every year.

But yea, not getting it done when it mattered did him in. Would have been cool to see those teams operate with an NFL type QB.
 
Agree with most of the OP's team. I'd go with:

AB-Godhigh over Allen
LB-Attaochu over Watts
DT-Vance Walker over Richard
CB-Sweeting over DJ White
K-Blair over Butker

I know the last two will be controversial because those two are the uga heroes but I saw White get burned a million times. Feel like Blair and Sweeting were more consistent.

You are high putting sweeting over white. Sweeting was a harder hitter sure, but he wasn't the cover guy DJ is.
