If Tech goes with another 3O coach in Johnson’s mold, it can pack up football within 10 years. Interest is dwindling in a massive way.
What was your interest level in 2014 and 2016?
Not like that was ages ago.

Not consistently. No one has a better resume than our current coach and he's not getting the job done. Why? Blocking rule changes, recruit perceptions, better opposition coaching, better opposing athletes, scheme breaks down too easily without perfect execution, lack of qualified position coaches, practice time limitations... Truth is, it doesn't matter. If it could be fixed, it would've been by now. Time for change.Yeah, cause clearly this offense hasn’t ever won big games at the FBS level.
It has. And it can again.
Elements is one thing. I’d gladly go back to a friedgen offense. What we are doing now is bullshit.Whatever tech runs I believe will have elements of option offense. It just needs to look more attractive to younger football players.
One of three things could happen in the near future:If Tech goes with another 3O coach in Johnson’s mold, it can pack up football within 10 years. Interest is dwindling in a massive way.

One of three things could happen in the near future:
1) nothing. CPJ stays.
2)slightly different option coach
3)Gailey 2.0
So, I guess theres a 66.6% we will be packing it in. Maybe we could tarp the upper decks and get a soccer program.
Ok. You guys that are so hot for change, pretend you are the AD. Don’t just “demand change”. Let’s hear your plan.
UGA and Clemson fans need places to sit when they are done filling all the other sections. We aren’t too far from being able to tarp the upper north right now. Look around. No one gives a öööö and it’s because we run an unpopular system in a particularly ööööty way.
I start putting out feelers for candidates now, make a list of the ten guys I like most that reciprocate interest, have preliminary conversations to short list, fire CPJ immediately after UGA game, interview short list, negotiate and sign, announce before bowl games. Only fire CPJ midseason if you're at risk of losing all of your short list to other openings.Ok. You guys that are so hot for change, pretend you are the AD. Don’t just “demand change”. outside of the message board fans, absolutely no one cares about what we did in 2014 and certainly not the non-BCS-bowl-year of 2016.
2014 was an eternity ago in college football. Any momentum we had was quickly lost in the dismal 2015.
