Is WM going to be reconsidered, since PJ is off the table? OR Could we relook at JF or CS?
 
I hope like hell he interviews before Hatcher's 3pm press conference. I don't want us to lose out on Hatcher due to PJ dragging his feet.

I've been away from the forum for officially 8 hours now and I miss this? what did SMU offer?
 
8 mil a year. West coast beach house with two cars, East coast beach house with two cars, never have to speak to media, fans or alum. Oh, I almost forgot. A pony.
 
Not one of these rumors have been close to panning out yet. I'm done trying to follow it. I hope it's PJ, RN, or CH but I'm officially waiting until a press conference. Y'all have fun with the rumor mill.
 
RN is a cheater and will get us in trouble. Is he a good coach? Yes. But, so was Jim Harrick. We don't need someone like RN. I won't support his hire.

I will support his hire. What does it matter what one fan will do? All that you can do is help divide the fan base by not getting behind whoever we take. Don't bash someone until you see the product. Oh, and I'm sure you've never played in a March Madness pool.

I just want to hear who the top 3 are now.

IMHO. The board should NOT panic and hurry this decision now..Tenuta can be the fall too guy BUT, we can take 7 to 10 days now and get that one candidate that Clough said from the start, would be the type guy we wanted, An innovative offensive mind that would energize our fanbase.

There would be tons of quality candidates that fit that bill, IF, we just catch our breathe, and start the search over, if we are not going to hire Hatcher.

Examples, Brian Kelly, Chris Petersen, Dan Mullen to mention a few.

Yeah, but the fact that he even had to go through the process is bad news. On its own, it would be no big deal, but when taken in combination with all the other mishaps he had it is just another black eye for him.
