Have not heard anything in a while and was hopeing someone could offer a nugget or two.![]()
(although it might take Lanier awhile to get on campus).
Here are a few 2009 Georgia Prospects to keep an eye on. I am trying to find out if we have sent any offers out yet. I am pretty sure that we can expect Drew Little, Jamal Patterson, JC Lanier, Brandon Watts, Aaron Murray, Kevin Minter, and Daniel Drummond to get early offers. Of course there are probably more. These are just the Georgia prospects and are names that I have been hearing about for a while now.
Jamal Patterson, J.C. Lanier, Brandon Watts, Kevin Minter, Donavan Tate, Andre Harris, Jarvis Jones, Zach Mettenberger and Braxton Lane “could” be considered the Georgia Top Ten at this point. These prospects will “most likely” get the most national attention.

It's funny. Without knowing anything else about these kids (except for Drew Little, who goes to Henry Co.) the 2 that popped out to me were the QB from Oconee (I immediately said to myself "he's a dawg" based on his location) and Davis from Tucker (to which I said to myself "he's too dumb - he's at Tucker"). Tucker is the football factory of high schools. It's a miracle that they get kids into college.I think you can strike Jonathan Davis from Tucker High. He's not too bright. I think he may already be 19 and only a junior. He flunked out of the private school he was at last year and transferred to Tucker. He's a serious athlete though. Fast and will hit you!! Like the link said he could be the best athlete around on either side of the line. It's a shame he's only 5-9" and probably won't grow any more.
Does anyone have any insight to our recruiting of Etienne Sabino? According to Scout, he's a good student and likes to blitz. It seems as though we're going to need a stud middle linebacker. Biggest no brainer in the history of man, if you ask me.
