It's not a website but an academic take on P2P transfers. It's like BitTorrent in that it takes advantage of swarms but it's decentralized in that there's no central tracker. Someone creates a "group" and can invite people into that group - and so long as any one person in that group is online, the files he has to share are available. A GT grad involved in archiving GT sports is on 24/7 (copycat I believe) and has 75 GB of sports from 1991 on. Search the forums for how to get on the Alliance network.

Someone in the group needs to send an invite key, and any member of the group can create an invite key... Here's one if you just want to download the Alliance client:
