Looks like a lid to a can of snuff or dip to me. Perahps UGA folks are easily confused with tobacco products and caviar.

Not really. The Altamaha River is a pretty big sturgeon fishery, last I heard. He's just trying to market to the locals.

Uh-huh, I heard that too. Sturgeons like you wouldn't believe just trying to sell their caviar. Right out side of Acid. Acid, Ga. I think one was named Ralph. Ralph Sturgeon. Don't buy it! I think iit's nasty!
 
I think its that new kind of no-spit "caviar."

Oh, and another thing. Florida invented Gatorade. UGa bought some fish.
