Anyone watch the UGA spring game?

Hey, they did a solid job of 3 pt kicking...the endzone is really hard to find, it is only 1/11th of the field.

Oh man, that game was so terrible. I've heard some Ugag fans thing Cox is a better replacement of Stafford? Haha, good luck.

Yeah it was pretty rough... Especially considering they were airing it on ESPN.

I heard this quote last year from a UGA fan, "I'll be glad when Stafford and Moreno are gone, their back-ups are better than they are, but Richt isn't the low-quality coach that takes away starting jobs". At that point, I found a kitten and I kicked it.

Man, I'm sorry I missed it. I was watching a great infomercial with that shamwow guy. Maybe next year I might give a damn and watch it, no, don't think so.

Hehehehehe:biggthumpup::laugher:

I did watch it tho since I had seen the shamwow enough already.

Uuuuuuugahhhhh has some rough edges to finish off on but overall, they're going to be pretty tough.

I do not care enough to watch it. It does not matter anyways. If they do not improve through 11 games then they will be in a world of hurt.

In a side note, it is kinda good being away from the states, not seeing any of the stupid infomercials.

Not sorry I missed it. Sounds awful/typical of a spring "game" though.

While I can appreciate Joe Cox's moxie and patience to get to the starting role, to put it in perspective, I think he'd ride the pine over at USC East. So how good can he/they be?

Too bad the SEC is extremely competitive. The dawgies are in for a rough year imo.

Good. :biggthumpup:

I agree nats. It is hard to win with a rookie QB, regardless of experience. Me thinks their season could go two ways. They either improve as they go along or implode and lose about 5 or 6 games.

Cox will be on the Tereshinski plan where he plays the first handful of games, blows one or two they should've won, and then gets benched for one of the young kids (Murray or Gray) that both look pretty good.

Shouldn't the image for this thread be a "Thumbs up" instead of a "Thumbs down?"

I chose thumbs down because I want them to be atleast competitive on the field when we beat them so they have fewer excuses to make...

The win will be sweet any way we get it. Much sweeter for me if we beat 'em 58 - 7. Got to avenge that...abomination.
