i think you guys are being way too critical of the delay.

first off, last time i took a job i took a week to decide to take it. how about you?

second, when negotiations happen it is between the lawyers and the agents. if you have ever dealt with either, then you know that this can be an arduous process

third, PJs agent is notorious for his 'thoroughness' and delays were to be expected with him involved

fourth, it is the agents JOB to get the best deal for his client, PJ, and use whatever negotiating tactic ensures the best deal for PJ and this is not really a reflection of the candidate's DESIRE for the job

get over yourselves, one day or two more only matters because of sports radio and internet message boards

...america really has gone downhill! maybe next time we should have a 'reality show' where the viewers pick the coach.

GET TO WORK and deal with reality and not some crazy fantasy please me internet board crap
