We have enough talent to beat most teams on our schedule. Coaching takes the talent you have and gets the most out of it. That is not happening with the current Coaching staff. I think Beeware has made the most accurate assessment of our coaching staff I have seen to date.
Football is a game of emotion, attitude and energy. This staff does not generate much of the above. The players will have to do that on their own if they do not want to get embarrassed down the line.
