For it to be the day before signing day. It seems to be a little quiet. Have any of you guys heard about the possibility of a new recruit or someone decommitting? I have heard that Butler was waivering. Come on with the inside info:fingersx:

reality is a little more harsh than wavering...but we still have an outside chance to win.

FYI...in the early sledding I think this will be the tough thing to overcome with PJ is negative recruiting. So we all should just get used to it...over time winning and having the team and offense/defense we actually run vs prediction will help.

Whats funny is he sounded like a recruiting commercial for how great Tech is in his commitment interview. My rearend hurt for having so much sunshine blown up it. Was all that a bunch of crapola?

I cannot believe we are fighting with Duke of all teams over a guy. 33 is he the only one that you have heard anything about? Maybe there is some good news out there too?
 
If he is wavering to Duke then he needs to go and play in front of 164 people at home games. DUKE?!?!?! He needs to go to Duke if he is wavering between us and Duke.
 
Butler said he isn't committed any longer, but still says there is an 80% chance he goes to GT. Thats the only guy that is still waffling to my knowledge.
 
Someone should tell Butler that hard statistics show that only 2% of scholarship football players get to the NFL. What does it matter who he has to cover in practice? Might as well play for the best program if you are choosing between Tech and Duke. Tech has been to 11 straight bowl games and has a NC in 1990. Tech!
 
I think he heard Dook has a bitchin 3 year Sociology degree and some foxy Jersey skanks.

Surely, he will wake up and realize he doesnt want to play before a high school crowd for every home game. I mean my god the last bowl game they went to Eisenhower was president.

Duke insiders still seem to think he ends up at Tech.

Someone should show him statistics about Tech players making it to the NFL versus Duke players. Hehe.
 
I know this has already been brought up but I just can't get past this.... WHO ARE THE ELITE RECIEVERS BUTLER WILL FACE AT DUKE? Over on the Duke boards, they are talking about how CPJ's recruiting class is proof that Tech's recievers are not upper echelon (as though Duke's are) by pointing out Sims and McKayhan. Craziness...
 
Maybe the dook lacrosse team threw him a killer party...I've heard they know how to throw down.
