who the hell cares about preseason rankings????? I mean seriously everybody.

None of it means a damn until we strap on helmets, pads and start layin' wood to folks

It's a popularity contest....and everyone on here who hasn't figured it out probably never won one and spent their whole life tryin' to find out why no one picked'em in dodge ball.

Give me a break....it's freakin' MAY people. I don't care what the hell Athlon thinks....hell they thought we'd win the ACC 3 yrs ago and were 5 spots ahead of UGA going into the ND game in Southbend......if you go by their account we should've jumped from14 to 1 the way we waxed their ass in Southbend

So do us all a favor.....if you want to report or talk about spring/summer practice, possible injuries, etc.....go ahead

But if you're gonna jack off to Rivals.com Class of 2011 rankings and players coming in or even please just save it til 2010.....I mean who the hell really cares about the stud bubba 4'11 111 lb RB comin' out of Collin's Hill Pop Warner.

Get a damn life.....and if you have one.....act like it.

The only relevance of preseason rankings are the advantage it gives you in the BCS polls by starting ahead of everyone else. If I'm running a race and I can start 10-20 yards ahead of the 80% of the field, I can run the same as them as finish ahead of 80% of the field. Profound, I know, but true.
