If you look at it from the perspective of potential disastrous hires that people were pushing, it makes it much betterNot happy but not not happy, so "meh".

Yep.I think no matter who gets hired (and it looks like it'll be Fritz), there is acceptance followed by rationalizing followed by optimism. So the yeses will probably be highest right after the introductory press conference.
And, like Johnson, this is a last stop for this guy. He won’t be here a year or two and getting poached by a powerhouse. Get us to 7-5 or better where we are competitive in every game and we suddenly become a lot more attractive for the next guy.Yeah, very well could end up being the best option for the program right now if we got him cheap and it gets us back to 7-5 seasons.
Is that like stages of grief?I think no matter who gets hired (and it looks like it'll be Fritz), there is acceptance followed by rationalizing followed by optimism. So the yeses will probably be highest right after the introductory press conference.
Well played but we didn’t have a poll and y’all make polls with multiple selections for binary questions. How many threads do we need on this OP?
I think it's a great hire. Been watching some of his post game presser from the Cincy game. It's obvious the guy knows football.
