I think the "D" is fine, it is up to our offense to keep them off the field for at least half the game. I think our "D" would have done OK against CLEM if our "O" could have done a little to help out.

Works both ways. I agree that the offense has to control the ball enough to give the defense a break, but the D also has to find a way off the field. Third down is always a key and stopping the big play is huge against NCSU.
