Articles Section Added to Stingtalk

I have added an Articles section to our website. When a post goes "above and beyond" it will be duplicated in the Articles. It will remain in the Message Board for those of you that prefer one area for reading. But because it will eventually slide down the board, the Articles section will enable it to be easily found in the future.
