hope the players bring warm clothes. There's a game too. I wonder if their fans are as annoying as UCF.
 
Weather forecast for Syracuse looks like high of 78 on Saturday. I assume the Carrier Dome is climate-controlled.
 
We are 3-0 all time vs Syracuse. The combined score of our last two games is 107-14. I really want to win this one handily.

Last time we blew out a team was VPI 2018.

Ironically, the Carrier dome used to not have air conditioning, from what I've heard.

I'm bummed to not make the trip as a fan - it's the only ACC stadium that I haven't seen us win a game in yet, and who knows when we'll have another game up there. We got some good road trips this year, and it sucks to not be able to go to any of the games.

The game at the Meadowlands was a hot slog. Went to the top of the WTC a couple of weeks before 9/11 on that trip. Went straight to the airport afterwards and sat on the tarmac for a long time on a Delta plane with no A/C that was full of Tech fans.

I also went to the bowl game in Orlando - it was a lot of fun seeing a Gailey team blow somebody out.

Syracuse was completely shell shocked in the game in Atlanta. That was the game where somebody got a pic of their Orange mascot taking a leak under the stands.

I have waited 7 years to go to this game and now they can't have fans! I hope I don't have to wait 14 more years for the re-match up there, I may not make it!

I lived in Syracuse in the late '80s and early '90s. Had season tickets for about 6 years. The Dome was not air conditioned but I only recall 1 or 2 games where it might have been nice to have AC. Even then, nowhere near as hot as it gets at Bobby Dodd on a September afternoon.

No, I'm pretty sure that De Blazio guy made it a law that you can't root for any sports team or you'll spread the rona. Lack of team affiliated gear has really tampered their second wave. I hear you even have to go to new jersey if you want to root for the Giants.
