The game at the Meadowlands was a hot slog. Went to the top of the WTC a couple of weeks before 9/11 on that trip. Went straight to the airport afterwards and sat on the tarmac for a long time on a Delta plane with no A/C that was full of Tech fans.

I also went to the bowl game in Orlando - it was a lot of fun seeing a Gailey team blow somebody out.

Syracuse was completely shell shocked in the game in Atlanta. That was the game where somebody got a pic of their Orange mascot taking a leak under the stands.

I drove from DC to that game and left 5 hours before kickoff.. didn't make it to the stadium by halftime so I just turned around.. basically sat in the car for 10 hours.. fun times
 
Our OL 2-deep is on average 12 lbs heavier than their OL 2-deep. Their heaviest DL is 296 lbs, and we have 4 guys over 300 on the UCF ATL chart.

I think you will see the skill players getting to stretch their legs and play loose this week. We win this one walking away if we can just limit turnovers.

Limiting turnovers is definitely the big elephant in the room. We have some very dynamic players. If we can have a zero turnover game, we walk away with it, imo. Hell, a zero turnover game against UCF probably has the game ending up in a high scoring shootout
 
Do we get Ryans and AC back this week? In Thacker's presser- he got downright giddy on the question, but said he couldn't disclose injury-related information. Said something about getting some of the big guys on the line back- or WTTE. Would be great to get them- and some of the others who missed playing time (JPM, Swilling, et al).

I hope so. I noticed the same thing. Possibly get Antwan Owens back too. He's been still rehabbing from an injury from last year and has been getting pretty close to being ready. I would be extremely happy if we get at least 2 of the 3 back (and don't lose any others).
 
So what we are saying is, we really have no exCUSE.......
