I'm going on record to say you're an idiot. Nesbitt's made some damn good passes under a lot of pressure last year. He won't be Peyton Manning, but one bad half does not equal four years of atrocious passing.
 
He was a good passer in high school wasn't he? He's probably gotten really rusty.

I'm going on record to say that you're being a homer and you need to realize that Nesbitt is a terrible passer.
 
I have to admit, except for the first quarter his running the option, has been worse than his passing. I want to see a fluid quarterback and so far he has not looked as good as last year. Maybe after some halftime adjustments we will see more of the last part of last year's Josh. Most of the time he has passed when Clemson was guessing pass.
 
Just like with some of the freakoutery after the game last week, some people are really jumping the gun. He looked really good last week (albeit against a FCS opponent); he hasn't looked so good in the first half. Let's not be like UGA fans though and base everything off of such a small sample size.
 
Derrick Morgan is a beast, defense is playing well, offense is making some good plays. I just don't like the fact that we are passing on every third down. I hope we come out running in the second half. Go Jackets!

I think CPJ will pick up on this and adjust. If we run it on 3rd down, even if we don't make it, we will be eating more time off the clock.

I think the 3rd quarter will be much improved. Although if we do go 3 and out when we get the ball after halftime, then we might have to buckle up for another close finish.

he will settle down, think that first int rattled him a bit....he will make some throws 2nd half :fingersx:

You're clearly an idiot if you don't think that being ABLE to pass matters. CU now knows we can't pass.

How many points have we scored since then?
 
wow...the offense needs to step it up since they have been very quiet the last quarter and a half.
