Looks like you spoke too soon. 21-17 Clemson with nebraska first and goal.
 
Kyle, we have to hope VT wins big tonight...A loss in the Orange against lil ole Cincy will give the ACC a big blackeye...It would be a huge blow to our credibilty as a conference...

Clemson is just finishing the ACC collapse. They had first and goal with less than 2 minutes to go, trailing by 5. Harper takes a deep sack on 2nd down back to the 26 instead of throwing the ball away then Spiller can't hang on to possible TD pass on third. They were confused on 4th down and Harper throws the ball short of the end zone incomplete.

ACC now guaranteed of a losing bowl record, best we can do is 4-6 and that is only if VT comes through tonight. To top it off, Ugag won today though that is no surprise. Just a great start to 2009 eh?
