We are quickly approaching coaching transition critical mass. A point at which, when crossed, will result in every coach in the P5 changing teams at least once in the next 4 weeks.

Heard some rumors of Fuente possibly getting poached. And i have a bunch of VT friends who are confident he would never leave for FSU. :lol2:

I chimed in saying that I for one would love for them to keep him seeing as he is the one offensive coach Ted Roof owns.
 
We're not lucky enough to be Florida State. This is the equivalent of CPH having taken the St Johns gig when he had the option and departing without costing us millions.

This is actually better for Fl St because they were on the hook for 40mn and Jimbo wasn't gonna last there beyond next season.
 
Florida State feels like a pretty easy gig. Wonder if Charles Kelly would like to move back up here.

CPJ will get passed over for the obvious reasons. And then when the coaching cascade falls to the teams that would have him, none will be able to afford to lure him away.

So we stuck with him.

Not unless he goes in black face to the interview. FSU has made it public it wants to hire a minority coach.
