I sat second row behind the defensive bench. In all my tech games I’ve never been that close so it was pretty awesome to catch some of the defense coaching each other up after that terrible duke td drive. Attendance looked awful though even rows 3-5 behind me were mostly empty for most of the game.

And yes one of my problems with Tech fans generally is their unwillingness to make noise until 3rd down. As if first and second downs don’t matter. Lazy and weak.

I am in 109 this year again and glad I switched from 102. It was full of home fans and students going rabid. I've missed it for the past 3+ years.

We had several yellow / jacket cheers going. The JV cheerleaders started a couple of them.

I'm still annoyed we only got a few f-tuning 3rd downs and instead the "hype" PA. But I liked seeing the players getting into the crowd...

But the over cheering on offense was wtf...quiet people

Just öööö off you ööööing pussy. I have been buying season tix for decades. I don't need some whiny "I'm not gonna support the team because whaaaaa" like you giving fan advice. You suck as a fan and, although the rules of the board say I can't tell you to off yourself, it wouldn't be a loss for GT (since you don't support the program) or this board, asshole. DIAF loser.

Winning cures it, but the LE is always going to be a problem with the sun driving folks elsewhere. I've had ST's there before and it can be brutal

agreed in all points except the “winning cures it” part. The gold seats have always been embarrassing on TV even when we were winning. I know those folks pay a lot for those tics, & I appreciate them. Just wish they could mostly fill the seats right before & at start of game.

Don’t get butthurt about being called out for attending football games like you’re really at a tennis match. Just keep being a better fan and make noise for the D on 1st and 2nd down also. If you can’t do that…you’re just projecting a lot.

'18 - 42k,
'16 - 44k
