Easily the worst attendance I've ever seen at a GT game. Didn't appear that the students were aware that we had a game.

The section I'm in has been very light as well. Two groups of season tix holders in front of and behind me for several years are gone. Maybe they moved to a better section but doesn't seem like it.

The ones in my section that wear GT colors sit for the entire game and stand for the band at halftime.

I bet a lot of people made a decision to go to one game this week and Clemson on Thursday won.
 
I'm not surprised. It was a noon game in September against a non-marquee opponent, and we have a big game coming up just a few days later. This was never going to be a highly attended game. Our fan base is what it is, and I eventually just stopped getting upset about it.
 
I passed a few big tailgates with nice spreads watching other games on TV. Sitting in the hot stands at 12:30 just isn't appealing to some. I watched the game last week from the tailgate because it was so hot and I knew my kids would be miserable.
 
I could not make it out this week, too much going on with family and hard to justify missing 2 days this week with my baby girl for football (for me at least).
I know game times are touchy and purely opinionated, but for me night games work best and are least disruptive. If every game was at 730am or 730pm, I'd be at every game

The attendance was shitty but I've seen it that bad many times before for noon games.
 
We're also coming off our worst season in many years. I expect it to be a good crowd Thursday, although probably a less than desirable home-away ratio of fans. Wish I could be there.
 
I get asked about Clemson tix and of UGAg tix. I have four seats, of which three are set in stone. People always want a freebie for a big game.

I have told our UGAg fan at work, who asks every other year for a ticket to the game, that I would burn my tickets before he got one for a UGAg game.

I hope to not hear Clemson get spelled a lot this Thursday. Stupid ööööing cheer.
 
I'm dead serious about what I'm about to say. I wore gold for the gold out but noticed most of our fans didn't give a shit. That's fine I guess. Gold out is new and it's possible that many didn't hear or didn't care.

White out is very important for me. We have won incredible comeback victories on white out night games. If I see any tech fans walking to the stadium with a blue or gold shirt, I will throw my beer at you. No joke. I'm hereby declaring stingtalk enforcement of the white out. Wear ööööing white, it's not that hard. Most of our apparel is white. Or just wear a white shirt.
