Bama vs U[sic]GA

Hey StingTalkers. I just got back from Athens. I grew up an Alabama fan, so my folks took me over to the game. Just a few things I took away...

1. This team is very beatable. They looked sloppy on both lines. Stafford threw into double-coverage all night under pressure. He's actually lucky that he didn't get picked off a few more times.

2. Georgia fans are a lot meaner to GT fans than they were to Bama fans today. I heard the normal rants, but nothing was thrown at me, unlike two years ago when I went over there. When Georgia fans try to tell you that we're not a big rival, don't believe it for a second.

3. Bama didn't do anything tonight that we can't do just as well. Almost all the pressure on Stafford was with the front four alone, which makes me think we might not have to blitz every play to get pressure.

4. Knowshawn can be contained. Bama moved their OLB's wide, knowing that the UGA o-line couldn't create big enough gaps to run through. The LB's contained him to the sidelines, and he was never able to get the ball in space.

I had a great time whipping up on the nadlickers tonight. I'm really hoping we can put another beating on them in a few months. I actually had my sister doing answering "What's the Good Word?" by the end of the night, and I managed to teach some other anti-Georgia cheers to other folks as well.

GO JACKETS and TO HELL WITH GEORGIA!

Did anyone else hear Alabama's Rammer Jammer cheer on the television broadcast? That was impressive, and it sorta made my night, because it finalized for me that UGAg lost.
